Our approach to therapy focuses on interpersonal learning, catharsis, and socializing techniques, along with a variety of other therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and art therapy. By participating in our groups, you'll gain valuable insights and strategies for managing your mental health.

How long does each therapy session take?

We provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to connect with others who share similar experiences. Our group therapy sessions typically last between 45-90 minutes, and we offer weekly and biweekly sessions for 6-20 weeks to cover concrete issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, or stress management. Our experienced therapists lead these sessions to guide you through a healing journey.

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Shore & Anchor is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive online community for individuals struggling with mental health challenges. We offer a range of resources and services that cater to different needs, including our special monthly rates for those who want to commit to multiple groups at a time. This option not only offers more flexibility and cost-effectiveness, but also a chance to connect with others who share similar experiences and challenges, helping you build your own support system.


Do you have a doctor on staff?

We understand the importance of having access to medical services. While we don't have a doctor on staff, we can assist you with finding the right resources for your needs. Whether it's connecting you with your insurance provider or helping you find local medical services, we're here to support you.





Can I bring my family to the groups?

For the privacy and comfort of our clients, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any family members or friends who not enrolled in our services to our facility. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and confidential environment for all.

What materials do I bring?

Welcome to Shore & Anchor line up of groups, networking events, and seminars! To ensure you get the most out of your learning experience, please make sure to have a pen and paper ready. Any additional supplies needed will be listed in the group  outline upon enrollment or event details. We look forward to seeing!
